The Cook Islands Government will subsidize domestic charges for residential connections. To be eligible, individuals must register with To Tatou Vai.
Customer Registration Overview
The CI Government has announced a subsidy for domestic users, covering the first block of 50,000 liters.
To be eligible for the subsidy, domestic users and occupants of a dwelling or premises must complete the TTV customer registration. A verification process may follow to confirm domestic status.
Each domestic user can register for the subsidy for only one dwelling or premises.

Registration can also be completed by downloading a PDF copy, which can then be completed and emailed to cs.register@totatouvai.co.ck.
If you need assistance completing the registration, you can always visit our office in person in Nikao and a member of our team can assist you.

No. It is a one time registration, unless the domestic status has changed and that the premises is now a commercial property. In which case, please email cs.register@totatouvai.co.ck to advise.
